License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms and the applicable store rules, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Plotava for lawful document creation and documentation. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase controls, or use it to violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Your projects and permissions
You retain responsibility for content you import, capture, mark, export, or share. You represent that you have permission to photograph the site and use the plans, imagery, and other material placed in a project. Plotava does not claim ownership of your project content.
Field accuracy
Measurements are entered or interpreted by the user. Screen scaling, camera perspective, source-drawing accuracy, GPS, public aerial imagery, and experimental features can introduce error. Verify dimensions with appropriate instruments and qualified personnel before fabrication, construction, procurement, safety decisions, or other reliance.
Local storage and backups
You are responsible for maintaining device backups and saving editable Binder Backups before deleting Binders, replacing devices, or uninstalling the app. An exported PDF is a sharing copy, not an editable Binder Backup. Local data can be lost through device failure, storage corruption, user deletion, or operating-system behavior.
Subscriptions
One binder at a time is free, with everything in it. Finish it, export the PDF, delete it, start the next. Pro keeps unlimited binders on this device. Features and terminology vary by platform. Subscription price, duration, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play offer presented at purchase. Cancel through your store account settings.
Experimental features
Features clearly labeled experimental are provided for evaluation and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn. Do not use experimental output as the sole basis for a critical measurement.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plotava is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, measurement accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the app.
Store terms
On Apple platforms, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with mandatory store terms, the mandatory terms control.
