  1. Start a Report

    Choose Blank Report or a suitable template inside a Binder. You do not need a plan or a Point to create a document.

  2. Add the useful details

    Bring in a photo, write where things belong and add a checklist. Keep private access codes out of anything you will share publicly.

  3. Share the pages

    Choose Pages Only for a simple PDF. Keep a Binder Backup if you will want to edit the record after deleting it from the app.

Plotava does not automatically sync your records between devices. Keep an editable Binder Backup in a location you trust; the exported PDF is a separate sharing copy.
